After we receive your "Request for a Free Quote", you will receive our response, either more questions, ideas or your free quote. The quote will consist of the Price, Terms and Conditions, and a Project Schedule based around the deadline. The Project Schedule will have several "Green Lights", these are critical stages of your project which will require a "Green Light" from you prior to us moving forward on your project. Utilizing this process will keep you involved and updated on the progress of your project. The "Green Light Steps" also assures us that we interpreted your request correctly and that we are working efficiently toward making you another Satisfied Customer!
Your Project Requirements:
Requested Service: Custom 3D Screen Saver of our Logo.
Resolution: 640 x 480
File Size: Under 5MB
Deadline: 4 weeks from project initialization.
Animation: We would like our logo flying through space, then explode, exposing a smaller logo with our slogan "When you need to get noticed!" hold for 2 seconds, then underneath that show our, mailing address, web address and phone number, hold this for 5 seconds then repeat.
Project Schedule for XYZ Company, CLM Job #12345:
Week One:
1) Construct Primary Geometry: Re-creation of your logo in 3D.
2) Apply Materials: Create and assign materials to geometry (colors, textures, etc..)
"Green Light Request" End of Week One: Since the main focus of this project is the logo, this is considered a "Critical Stage". Images of your logo re-created in 3D with materials applied will be sent to you for approval "Green Light". This is where you verify the accuracy of the logo's design.

Week Two:
3) Construct Secondary Geometry: Create secondary geometry (Slogan, Address, etc..) in 3D.
4) Apply Materials: Create and assign materials to secondary geometry (colors, textures, etc..)
"Green Light Request" End of Week Two: Prior to starting any animation, we prefer to have all props (geometry and colors) in place. You verify all new content (secondary geometry and materials applied).

Week Three and Four:
5) Animation Begins: As we start applying animation to your project, we will periodically send you lower resolution (320 x 200) animations of your project for review. When the animation is accepted by you, you'll give us the last and final "Green Light" to go ahead and put the animation in its final format (in this case a 640 x 480, Custom 3D Screen Saver).
